Who Can Pause Their Account?
- Each account is eligible for one (1) month of pause within any rolling 12-month period.
- Pause requests must be made at least 30 days before the intended start date.
- We can only accept pause requests if your account is up to date, with no outstanding fees.
How to Request a Pause
- All pause requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
- Pauses are subject to management approval and apply to all services and programmes linked to your account.
What Happens During a Pause?
- All tuition and related services will be temporarily suspended for the agreed period.
- If you wish to terminate your membership while your account is paused, you must still give the standard 30-day notice.
- One month’s fees will be due immediately upon notice of termination, even if your account is paused.

- It’s your responsibility to confirm your child(ren)’s return to sessions at the end of the pause.
- If your child(ren) do not return:
- The paused month will be charged at the standard monthly rate.
- An additional two (2) months’ fees will be added to your account.
- Your account will be suspended until all outstanding fees are paid.
Non-Payment and Next Steps
- If fees remain unpaid:
- Late payment charges will apply as outlined in our Membership Agreement.
- Your account will be referred to our legal department for recovery.
